Northern Education Trust are outcomes focused, child centred.

We are unswerving in our commitment to ensure that the outcomes our young people secure prepare them fully for life beyond school. Our Academies are happy and thriving communities where children both achieve and feel safe and cared for. As an inclusive Trust we strive to help young people overcome any barrier to learning. We are a caring employer and invest heavily in professional development, allowing our staff opportunities to take the next steps in their career.

We constantly focus on standards as we understand outcomes are paramount. Our decision making is driven entirely by what is best for children. By doing this we enhance the life chances of the children and young people in our care.

New for This Academic Year! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We’re pleased to introduce our new PE Day guidance for the 2026–27 academic year! 💜

Please note that PE lessons will start in Week 2.

We hope this guidance will make our expectations clear and help us maintain ...high uniform standards on PE days, ensuring that all children come to school dressed appropriately, safely and ready to take part in PE.

Please take a look at the guidance and make sure your child has the correct PE kit for their PE day.

Thank you for your continued support in helping us keep our children smart, safe and ready to learn! 💜

We can’t wait to welcome all of our wonderful pupils back for the new school year! 🎒✨

As you prepare for the first day back, please take a moment to review our updated Uniform Guide 2026–2027 below.

Ensuring everyone comes ready in the correct uniform helps our children ...show pride, feel part of our school community, and start every day ready to learn.

What a fantastic day our Reception children have had! ☀️🎉

We started the morning bouncing on the inflatables, and the fun only got better from there! The ice cream van arrived with some delicious treats 🍦, followed by our very special Graduation Party.

A huge thank you ...to all of the grown-ups who came to celebrate this special milestone with us. Your support made the day even more memorable.

To our wonderful Reception Class of 2026 – you have been an absolute joy to teach. We are so proud of everything you have achieved this year and can’t wait to see all the amazing things you’ll do in Year 1.

Have a fantastic summer! 🌟

✨ Step into a world of magic! 🐱👣

Our wonderful Year 3 children have teamed up with Our Lady of Victories Catholic Primary School to help design the brand-new "Magical Creatures of Cat Steps" community walk! 🗺️💫

If you head down to Cat Steps, make sure to ...keep your eyes peeled for the 8 magical creatures our pupils helped bring to life, including:
Mr Elfi 🧝‍♂️
The Sapphire Dragon 🐉
Wolf Girl 🐺
The Magical Hedgehog 🦔
...and many more hidden along the trail!

This fantastic community project was created in partnership with Bradford Council, Keighley Town Council, Active Bradford, Word Up North, and the talented Nicolour Illustrator. 🎨👏

Grab a map, take a family stroll, and see how many of these magical creatures you can spot!

✨ And just like that… today was Miss Newton’s last day with the amazing Class of 2026! 💖

What a way to finish the year! We bounced, climbed, laughed and had the BEST time on the inflatables before celebrating with the most magical fairy tale party! 🏰✨

The costumes ...were absolutely incredible! We had beautiful princesses, brave knights, magical characters and even a KING! 👑 Everyone looked amazing, and the children brought so much energy, excitement and smiles all day long. It was the perfect way to celebrate an unforgettable year together.

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful children and their families for making this year so special. Watching you all grow, learn and shine has been an absolute privilege.

Class of 2026, you’ve been truly magical! Have the most amazing next adventure – keep dreaming big, believing in yourselves and making memories. I’ll miss you all so much! ❤️✨

🧵 Year 5 get creative in DT! 🎒✨

Our fantastic Year 5 students have been busy showing off their incredible design and sewing skills!

From initial sketches to the final stitches, they have designed and made their very own bags from scratch. They practiced different stitching... techniques, carefully selected their materials, and added wonderful personal touches to their creations.

The focus, patience, and creativity in the classroom has been absolutely brilliant. We definitely have some future fashion designers in our midst! 🌟✂️
